Quality guidelines

- Sell only your own work — you must hold all rights.
- Organised, named layers and smart objects; 3000 px+ PSDs.
- Honest previews: what buyers see is what they get.
- Describe what's included, the file types and the dimensions.
- Don't
- No copied, scraped or re-sold stock assets.
- No misleading previews or AI-upscaled low-res files.
- No trademarks or logos you don't own in previews.
- No duplicate products to game the listings.

How much does it cost?
Nothing up front. Zenmock keeps 50% of the net amount of each sale.
When do I get paid?
Earnings become available 30 days after the payment (covers refunds). Payouts run monthly on day 15 once you have at least $50.
Which payout methods do you support?
PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or bank transfer — you choose in your payout settings (details are stored encrypted).
What happens on a refund?
Your share of that sale is reversed. If it was already paid out, it is taken from future earnings.
Can I sell my products elsewhere too?
Yes, unless you mark a product as exclusive to us.
How does the online editor work for my mockups?
Upload your PSD; we read the smart objects and let buyers place their design in the browser. You keep selling the PSD as usual.
What do you review?
Rights to the work, file quality (layers, resolution), honest previews and complete product info. You get an email with the result or questions.
Can I change a live product?
Yes. Text and price changes go through a quick review; the live page keeps the old version until approved.
What about the Full Access Pass?
Pass holders can download your products; you earn 15% of the list price per first download from a monthly pool.
